I-285 Shooting Leaves Driver Dead, Suspect Wanted: DeKalb County Police
DeKalb County police are searching for the person who shot a man near the southbound entrance ramp from Lawrenceville Highway to I-285.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — DeKalb County police are searching for Tuesday’s I-285 shooter that they say left a man dead, reported WAGA-TV.
A 911 call around 10 a.m. brought DeKalb County police near the southbound entrance ramp from Lawrenceville Highway to I-285.
Police believe the victim was pulled over on the access road near I-285 when someone walked up to the car and shot him, reported WAGA-TV. The driver sped away only to crash nearby.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers Atlanta at (404) 577-TIPS. Tipsters can remain anonymous and be eligible for a $2,000 reward.
