DeKalb County Man Charged In Sexual Exploitation Case: GBI
The man is accused of having online sexual abuse material in his home.
ATLANTA, GA — A DeKalb County man has been charged after being accused of owning online sexual abuse material, according to the GBI.
Jonathan Evans, 33, was charged Friday on suspicion of four counts of sexual exploitation of children, the GBI said Tuesday.
Authorities said they began investigating Evans after receiving a cybertip report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Authorities said a search of his home led to his arrest.

He was taken to the Rockdale County Jail for unrelated charges, the GBI said.
Authorities ask anyone with information about other cases of child exploitation to call the GBI's Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit at (404) 270-8870. Tips can also be submitted by calling 1 (800) 597-8477 or through the GBI's online tip form.
