Higher Calling Christian Academy (HCCA) is a faith-based learning community located in South DeKalb County dedicated to helping children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively in a safe and nurturing environment. Our Summer Camp 2026 theme, “Choose Your Adventure: A Summer of Discovery at HCCA,” gives families the flexibility to enroll their child for the entire summer or select individual weeks based on their child’s interests. STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — Stephenson High School was on lockdown Tuesday morning after a student reported seeing another student on a bus with a gun. Police swarmed the Stone Mountain school, which was placed on a Level 3 lockdown, according to the DeKalb County school district. No student was found with a weapon.
