The charges stem from a Jan. 29 incident. According to investigators, the boy was grabbed and forced into an apartment on Buford Highway as he was walking home after missing his school bus. Once inside, the men threatened the boy, then sexually assaulted him, according to the indictments.

They later left him alone and drove away, at which point prosecutors say the boy quickly escaped and ran to the apartment complex's leasing office for help.
Both Armstrong and Walker are being held without bond awaiting trial. Their case will be prosecuted by the DeKalb County District Attorney's office's Sexual Exploitation and Crimes Against Children unit.
