DeKalb Schools Delays Start Date, Releases Tentative Calendar
The DeKalb County Board of Education will meet Monday to approve the calendar.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A tentative calendar shows that DeKalb County schools will start the new year on Aug. 17. The DeKalb County School District originally set Aug. 3 as the first day.
The board of education will approve the calendar on Monday. It lists the new start date and holiday breaks.
