DeKalb Water Bill Payment Address Changed

DECATUR, GA — The mailing address to make all DeKalb County utility payments, including water and sewer, has changed.

The county's utility payments are processed by Wells Fargo, which is moving its Columbus, Ga.-based payment processing services to a Charlotte, North Carolina processing site. For now, all payments mailed to the old payment center will be forwarded to the new address.

There will be no late-payment penalties on payments that are forwarded.

After June 4, all payments should be mailed to:

Customers may continue making payments by phone at 1-866-227-8924, in person at 774 Jordan Ln., Suite 200, Decatur, GA 30033 and online at www.dekalbcountyga.gov.
