Dementia Patient Missing from DeKalb Facility

Authorities are asking the public to help find Windsor Jordan, 77, who has been missing since Sunday evening.

Police are asking the public to help them find an elderly DeKalb County man with dementia who is missing from an assisted living facility.

Windsor Jordan, 77, was last seen about 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Coventry Place Assisted Living Place, 2806 N. Decatur Road, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Authorities say Jordan was last seen wearing a black skull cap, gray and black scarf, beige windbreaker and black pants, according to police. Jordan is black, 5’9” tall, and weighs 205 lbs. He has black and gray hair, is bald on top and has brown eyes.
