Dos Madres Cantina Has Closed
A sign hanging at the West Ponce restaurant Friday announced the closing.
DECATUR, GA -- Dos Madres Cantina on West Ponce de Leon Avenue in downtown Decatur has closed its doors.
A reader at Decaturish sent in a photo of a sign on the restaurant’s door Friday. It reads: “Sorry. We have to close. Thank you for your business. We’re going to miss you!”
The note is signed by Martha Sharrott, a partner in the Mexican eatery and bar.

The website and Facebook page for Dos Madres didn’t have any additional information Friday afternoon. The restaurant opened in 2014.
