Learning how to thrive and stay healthy with
simple, seasonal dishes will be the focus of A Springtime Cooking Workshop. It will feature whole-food and macrobiotic cooking as well as wheat free dishes. The workshop will be taught by Personal Chef and Healthy Food Coach Mutsuko Johnson. Ms. Johnson is Certified through the Kushi Institute of macrobiotic cooking.
Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Cost is $35 (which includes food tasting)
