Black Lesbians and Breast Cancer Conference

ZAMI NOBLA (National Organization of Black Lesbians on Aging) presents this free one day conference designed for metro-Atlanta area black lesbians 35 years and older. 

The goal of the conference is to increase breast health awareness and to provide participants with tools for prevention.

The event will include: discussions on breast health education, breast-self exam demonstrations, interactive healthy food preparation demonstrations, strategies for mental well-being, a demonstration on music and healing- and more.

(For a select number of conference participants, The Center for Black Women Wellness in partnership with Saint Joseph’s Hospital, will provide onsite screening mammograms and ZAMI NOBLA will provide round-trip MARTA passes for those who meet the eligibility criteria.)

Space is limited for the conference and registration is required for all attendees.
