
Come out and try Kick In The Fit for free on the 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each monthly session! Wear a good pair of running shoes, appropriate workout clothes and bring water. We meet at 5:45am at the Byers Tennis Court lot at Agnes Scott College. The workout begins promptly at 6:00am with a warmup routine, workout, finishing routine and cool down/stretch. We look forward to having you join us!
