GIN HOUSE is a band based around Atlanta-area natives, Brandon Clark and Paul Lynch. These two twenty-something Georgia boys are semi-parts country, folk, pop and soul. With the songwriting being split between the two of them-- On vocals and rhythm guitar, and harmonica is Brandon, while Paul offers lead guitar, warm background vocals and tight harmonies.
While recording their debut EP, "Honestly," as Brandon Clark & The American Standard in 2009/2010, they caught the ear of P is for Panda/Hopeless Records, and were instantly signed. After a year of being on a label, touring, evolving their sound and foregoing member changes; They were convinced that it was time to change their name.
And so they did-- to Gin House.
Gin House is all about feel -- a merging of genres, and songwriting. You'd swear their harmonies are west-coast Eagles-esque '70's harmonies or you might find that their songwriting is catchy, or poppy; While the guitars and lead vocals sound reminiscent of country or folk music.
