Join Tania Herbert of the OCGP team and the Spring Pointe Gardeners at Glory Garden in the Spring Pointe Community and learn how to build a special kind of raised bed called a 'Hugelkultur' in your garden. Pronounced 'Hoogle-Culture,' this type of bed utilizes dead branches, leaves, grass clippings and all that other garden debris you didn't know what to do with. With this innovative gardening technique you will conserve water and greatly reduce the need for fertilizer. Learn to grow more with less! This is a hands-on class so bring your garden gloves and re-useable water bottle.
