Making Your Own medicine: Tinctures, Teas, Tummy remedies, Taming the cough.

 Sunday, October 9, 2-4pm

$35 members, $40 non members

This class will focus on creating medicine for the Winter in anticipation of flu, colds, & coughs. Plan for the winter months by making your own medicine to help your family through colds and flu. Learn to make tinctures (flue remedy), cough syrup, ear infection treatment and other helpful remedies. Taught by Charli Vogt, RN, MN, MPH, & herbalist has a private practice in Decatur to help people be healthy in mind body and spirit. Charli has a commitment to help you understand how to be independent and care for your family in a conscientious way. Her  enthusiasm and wide knowledge has students coming back over and over to her classes.
