The culminating event of Black History month at Renfroe Middle is Poetry Café/Open Mic night at the school. The theme is "We Are the Ones We've Been Waiting For" and Renfroe students will present poetry, songs, and dances reflective of the night's theme. Refreshments will be served.
This is a coordinated event with all of Language Arts teachers and should not be missed. If you have a child at Renfroe, please make sure you ask them if they are on the roster for the night and come see this artistic inaugural event make history.
