The Challenges of Urban Gardening and Climate change

 Wednesday, June 8, 7-9pm

As climates  and other conditions change  we are faced with challenges and opportunities for adaptation.  Learn techniques to be more flexible and successful when dealing with new invasive insects, plants, and predators.  Glynis Ward will discuss changing zones and micro climates and introduce methods to help you garden in our changing times.  Even though mean temperatures are rising, we won't be growing palms or oranges any time soon. It's not about average temperatures, but about extremes.
