Global Speaker, Monica McCoy Keynotes African Business Conference
International Business Consultant Shares "How To Master the Art of the Pitch" in Cameroon

Monica McCoy, a sought-after global speaker on business success strategies, and owner of Monica Motivates, LLC., was recently invited to participate in a business conference focused on helping enterprising professionals understand the foundation and sustenance of building successful businesses, in Cameroon, Africa.
McCoy was the keynote speaker for international entrepreneurs sharing various strategies on building a successful business in Yaounde, Cameroon on Thursday, March 29. The creator of Monica Motivates Pitch University, where she breaks down elements of successful business pitching with entrepreneurs, McCoy shared details of 12 elements of developing a winning pitch deck with over 200 conference attendees.
“It was such an honor to receive this invitation by leading Cameroon entrepreneurs, to share what I consider to be the essentials of the “Art of the Pitch” with both aspiring and established business owners attending the conference ,” said McCoy, whose growing business is based in Conyers, Georgia. “I really enjoyed meeting the lovely people of Cameroon and am so excited to have been invited to be a part of the country’s proactive push to educate and empower young entrepreneurs, on building strong entrepreneurial ecosystems in Africa," she said.

In addition to McCoy, among the other speakers and panel participants were Conference Chair, Cameroon born, and UK-based Natalie NKembuh, who convened the conference and spoke on the role of an entrepreneurial ecosystem on the economy; Ondosa Joachim, of Cameroon Chamber of Commerce; Regina Huber, speaker and owner of Transform Your Performance from Germany; Fritz Ekwoge, a block chain and cryptocurrency expert from the Cameroon Business Blockchain Council and Sophie NgassaFonNsoh, an award winning engineer, and founder of the Center for Youth Empowerment and Economic Development in Cameroon.
George Neba of Afro Real Initiative, an organization that works to foster business leadership among youth and women in the African disapora, says the conference which was held at the Mont Febe Hotel in Yaounde, left an indelible mark on attendees.

“The information shared by speakers like Mrs. McCoy at this conference, was a major opportunity for those in attendance to diagnose the creation and suitability of ideas and optimize the various services offered by the MINPMSEESA, for their benefit and the common good of the African Diaspora,” said Neba.
A former Acting Global Director of Strategy and Innovation for the McDonald’s Division for The Coca-Cola Company, McCoy left the Coca-Cola in 2017 after 15 successful years. Now her business focus is helping individuals identify their their purpose and passion, while showing them how to best leverage their newly found knowledge for the benefit of their companies and themselves.
An award-winning speaker, McCoy was among 50 global women leaders who received the prestigious Women’s Economic Forum 2017 “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All’ Award in New Delhi. She has shared her professional expertise at industry and professional groups like Mercedes Benz USA, Cisco Women of Impact, The Coca-Cola Company
A new author, McCoy also released her first book, The Best life Lessons Learned From Real People earlier this year. The inspirational book shares personal stories and strategies of successfully navigating through life’s challenges, from everyday people.
