Grammy Nominee Joe Taylor to Play Eddie's Attic with All Star Lineup on Tuesday June 20th

The Joe Taylor Group will be coming to Atlanta on Tuesday, June 20th at Eddie's Attic. Grammy nominee Joe Taylor will be performing songs from his top-ten Billboard charting albums "Mystery Walk, "Spellbound" and his most recent album "Sugar Dust in the Devil Wind", plus other great blues rock & roll classics.

Joe Taylor will be accompanied by an all star lineup featuring veteran saxophonist Ty Holmes who currently plays for 2016 Grammy-winner William Bell, and has played with Marvin Gaye and Maceo Parker, bassist Mike Frost who has worked with The Gypsy Kings, Jesse Colin Young and Jorma Kaukonenand and drummer Josh Birmingham, a young Atlanta session drummer who is making a name for himself in the busy Atlanta recording circuit.

Taylor has been heralded as “a cross between Santana and Metheny, with a touch of Duane Allman thrown in for good measure.” by The Los Angeles Times, called a " joy to watch” by Just Jazz Guitar Magazine, "Claptonesque” by The San Diego Troubadour and a “Funky mix of Jeff Beck and Chet Atkins” by Rust Magazine
