Healthy Volunteers Needed for Inpatient Research Study

You may be eligible if you:

• Are a healthy adult between 18-65 years of age
• Are unable to have children (e.g., vasectomy, tubal ligation, hysterectomy or post menopausal) or have no sexual behavior that could result in conception (e.g., gay men or lesbian women; or only sexually active with someone unable to have children)
• Not a smoker and willing to not use alcohol, caffeine or grapefruit products for 2 weeks
• Are not taking any medications that cannot be stopped for 25 days

The Study Consists of:

• 1 screening visit
• Taking an oral research medication once daily while in the hospital for 8 nights
• 5 follow-up clinic visits
• Compensation for time & travel; $50 for screening visit; $200 for each hospital day & $75 for follow-up visits
