“This was an excellent opportunity for our players to introduce them to collegiate play and to meet NCAA scouts, as well as athletes from across the country,” Coach Terence Wise said. “We are proud of the work we put in to place in this tournament and hope to continue to grow as a team in the future.”
The Georgia Impact AAU Basketball Club is a non-profit organization. The club’s mission is to work closely with school systems in metro Atlanta to keep young athletes focused academically as they pursue their athletic dreams. In doing so, Georgia Impact ensures all participants know that playing sports is great, but the main goal is to get financial assistance toward their college educations. All participants must be in good academic standing and maintain respectful behavior.
