In a Rut because of Fear or Time?

Are a lot of us  in a rut? So many of us want to change but we don't like to change. So many us would rather keep doing the same things out of tradition or fear. They would rather others take the risk. If we have a new idea and share it with others they may reject it most of the time . They may deny it's possibility.  We deny it because it may mean that we have to do something about it. For instance if you have a weight issue you  may deny it until  your health gets' worse or you are faced with a real life or death crisis. After realizing  how serious  your weight problem is you may become a bit more assertive about change in the area of weight loss. It is no different when it comes to anything else in life. Most do not change because  of fear or laziness. When you  expose your dream or vision to others how do they respond?  Do they give you positive or negative feedback. Based on the feedback are you encouraged or discouraged. No matter what they say or  how they feel you have  to have confidence in your own dreams and visions.

Let's look at some of the perceived reasons why  most do not like change.
1) FEAR(False Evidence Appearing Real)
When talking to others they may share  an idea about something they would like to do. Most will end up just saying a lot of good stuff but not really applying any action(s)  towards their own dream or vision. You can always tell this because when that nasty 5 letter word MONEY  comes up they change the subject. This could mean that as long as it doesn't cost any real money they  have plenty of dreams or they're all talk and no action.
2) Don't have enough time? Let's look at the number of hours in a week, which 168 hours (7 x 24=168). Let's break this down even further.
Travel time back and forth to work - 10 hours a week
Work time on the  job -  plus/minus 40 hours
Kids , Activities , Gym  - plus/minus  4 hours
Church or Religion or Hanging out - plus/minus 4 hours.
TV, Reading, School - 8 hours
Sleep and Rest  - 56 hours ( 8 hours per night x 7 days a week)
Based on this schedule the number of  committed hours each week  before working on your dream or vision is a 122 hours.
If the total number of hours in one week is 168 hours and the committed numbers of is  122, that leaves us with an extra 46 hours?
The typical person has about 46 hours of  EXTRA time each week  to dream and think big , if they want to? If you base this time on a per month basis you have 184 hours per month(4 weeks x 46 hours) or a little over one week per month to make some big things happen, if you want to ?
If  Time or Fear is  really being preventing you from real success you may need to re-prioritize some things to make your true dream or vision come true.
Being honest we should all have the  time to make some Big things happen. All you really need is a burning desire, support and belief in your self. You can do it. Please get out of the rut. Your life is waiting for you. Please
