LifeLine Animal Project's DeKalb County Animal Services Pets of the Week: Polo and Twizzler

Meet Polo, an extremely handsome guy who is one of a kind. When he isn't working on his best modeling pose, this one-year-old dreamboat is goofing off in the yard with friends or cuddling in someone’s lap. Polo is smart, large and lanky, and he is sure to turn heads wherever he goes. He loves to play and dreams of getting adopted, fetching balls in his new backyard and being your best buddy! Twizzler is proof that things only get better with age! This twelve-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix is adorable and as sweet as can be. Twizzler is very laid back, but she still has the perfect amount of pep in her step. She is good with cats and other laid-back dogs too. Twizzler’s favorite activities include napping on large dog beds, gently nudging you with her nose to tell you she’d like to be pet and eating yummy snacks. Although her teeth aren’t in the best shape, a veterinarian should be able to provide her with proper dental care. Twizzler is already spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, so she can leave with you today! Since she is over five year’s old, her adoption fee is only $40.
