Man Accused Of Groping Strangers At DeKalb Grocery Stores
When he was arrested, DeKalb Co. Police said the man was wearing the same clothes as he did in one of the store surveillance videos.
DECATUR, GA — A man accused of groping strangers at various grocery stores in the last several months has been arrested, DeKalb County Police said Thursday.
Police accused Jerome Grogan, 27, of inappropriately touching people at four different stores. They are:
- Kroger, 4919 Flat Shoals Pkwy. (Feb. 26)
- Publix, 3649 Flakes Mill Road (Feb. 26)
- Kroger, 2385 Wesley Chapel Road (Sept. 11)
- Publix, 3649 Flakes Mill Road (Sept. 3)
Grogan was arrested on charges of sexual battery and possession of a firearm by a first-time offender, and was taken to DeKalb County Jail, police said.
