Man Arrested After Police Say He Killed A Man, Injured Child: Report
A report says the shooting Monday was a result of road rage.
DECATUR, GA — DeKalb County police have arrested a person accused of killing a man and injuring a 3-year-old girl in road rage Monday near Gresham Road, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Eric Simmons, 59, is accused of shooting and killing Darryl Wiley, 25, the outlet reported.
Wiley was pronounced dead at the scene while the girl was injured from shattered glass, the outlet reported.
