Man Arrested In Shooting At Decatur Library: Police
Police found the shooting victim in the rear parking deck of the building, and arrested 20-year-old Kewuan Jones of Birmingham, AL.

DECATUR, GA—Decatur Police arrested a 20-year-old Alabama man after a shooting at the Decatur branch of the DeKalb County Public Library on Monday evening.
Police say Kewuan Jones was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and carrying a weapon without a license. Jones allegedly shot another man after an argument; the man was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
Jones and the other man reportedly argued earlier in the evening before going their separate ways. When they encountered one another at the library, police say, they began arguing again. Police found the shooting victim in the rear parking deck of the building, and arrested Jones without incident.
