Man Charged In Killing Of Decatur Teen: Police
A 17-year-old died Sunday in a shooting near Creste Lane.
DECATUR, GA — A 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with the killing of a 17-year-old person Sunday, DeKalb police said.
According to authorities, the teen was shot and killed around 1 p.m. near Creste Lane. The teen died from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
Tavares Spencer is being charged on suspicion of murder in connection with the case. He was taken to the DeKalb County Jail, police said.
