DECATUR, GA — A 39-year-old Atlanta man was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the June 11 shooting death of another man at Valencia Road, the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday. Police said Abu Washington was accused of fatally shooting Chauncey Moore in his head. Moore was found dead next to a car, police said. A motive in the shooting is unknown. DeKalb County Jail records show Washington was arrested Tuesday. He is being charged on suspicion of malice murder and is being held without bond, police said.
