Man Gets On MARTA With Gunshot Wound
The bus driver called MARTA police and the man was taken to a local hospital, officials said.

DECATUR, GA — Police are investigating what happened to a man who got onto a MARTA bus in DeKalb County Friday morning suffering a gunshot wound.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the man, whom police have not publicly identified, boarded the No. 1412 bus at Glenwood Avenue and Candler Road near Decatur at about 6 a.m. He had a gunshot wound to his leg, police told the paper.
The bus driver called MARTA police and the man was taken to a local hospital. His condition was not know Friday afternoon.

MARTA said the bus driver was pulled from service, which is standard procedure, but that the route was quickly continued.
