Heather has a puppy-like face and affectionate personality that make her hard to resist. Meet happy girl Constance, a sweet and wiggly two-year-old girl who sees the world through rose-colored glasses. Constance is always smiling, acting goofy or trying to make people laugh. She is great with other dogs, and can often be found trying to brighten their day by playing with them in the kennel. Constance is also affectionate and loves to give kisses.
