This quirky little two-year-old boy will warm your heart with his goofy personality and adorable mannerisms. Mandarin is a handsome guy who has smooth black fur and super cute face, and some people think he resembles a seal. He has a sweet disposition, loves treats and is a good listener, so training him will be easy. He also loves to play with other dogs, retrieve toys and bring them back.
