On Saturday night, April 25th, the national hit show Listen To Your Mother Show, LLC (LTYM) is coming to ATLANTA! :) This hit show will include fourteen Atlanta stories about motherhood and will even feature Decatur's own super-blogger Ms. Ashley Robinson! Atlanta's LTYM show will start Saturday night at 7 p.m. and will be held in Marietta's historic Earl Smith Strand Theater (117 N. Park Square, Marietta, GA 30060).
LTYM started in 2010 as one show in Madison, Wisconsin, founded by Ann Imig, and grew to include shows in five different cities in 2011, and this year features shows in 32 cities! A national Mother's Day movement has been born! ;) LTYM showcases live readings by local writers from all across the Metro Atlanta area on the beauty, the beast, and the barely-rested of motherhood, in celebration of Mother's Day. Born of the creative work of mothers (and fathers!) who publish on-line, each production is directed, produced, and performed by local communities, for local communities, with 10% of ticket proceeds benefitting a local non-profit cause,
