New Sketch Released Of Decatur Sexual Assault Suspect

The man is accused of forcing a woman into her Decatur home at gunpoint before sexually assaulting her on May 12.

DECATUR, GA — Decatur Police released Tuesday a new sketch of the suspect accused of forcing a woman into her DeKalb County home at gunpoint and sexually assaulting her on May 12.

The woman was standing outside of her West College Avenue home around 7 a.m., when the man approached her with a gun and ordered her into her home before sexually assaulting her. Afterwards, the man made the woman drive him to an unknown location in DeKalb, police said.

The man, who has not been named, was described by police as a slender man in his early- to mid-20s. Police said he is about 5-feet-9-inches tall with a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and gray pants, police said.
