New Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe Opens Next Week

A grand opening will be held at 10 am on Tuesday.

A new Taziki’s Mediterranean Café will open its doors in Decatur on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at 319 W. Ponce De Leon Ave.

There will be a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. with the Dekalb Chamber. This will be the fifth Taziki’s in Georgia.

The restaurant will be 2,600-square feet and will seat 78 inside. Additional seating will be located outside on the patio.

Taziki’s offers an assortment of fresh prepared items with seafood, vegetarian options, and fresh prepared meats. The Grilled Salmon Feast, the Tomato Basil Sandwich, the unique Mediterranean selection of gyros, and various vegetarian options represent a sampling of Taziki’s most popular healthy entrees.

“Decatur residents are going to enjoy our menu full of original chef-driven recipes prepared daily from fresh ingredients,” said local owner Dean Robb. “Taziki’s believes in creating delicious Mediterranean dishes, giving families healthy alternatives when dining out.”

The restaurant’s website, tazikiscafe.com, provides descriptions of each entrée as well as nutritional information.

Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe was recently named one of the 50 fastest growing restaurant chains in the nation.

To celebrate the grand opening, Taziki’s will present a donation to The Giving Kitchen.
