Nighttime Bike Ride Through Decatur This Evening

Bicycle enthusiasts in Decatur will want to be ready for this evenings’s Third Friday Bike Ride, says Be Active Decatur.

The city blog reports that the bike ride will commence at the Decatur Recreation Center at 6:30 p.m. on July 17. The cycling route will be a slow-paced ride through Decatur’s scenic neighborhoods, finishing up at a watering hole for refreshments.

Riders of all ages and ability levels are encouraged to attend, but all participants must wear helmets and should consider reflective lights for the ride home, Be Active Decatur says.
