No Delay for Schools Despite Wintery Mix of Snow and Freezing Rain

Less than a half an inch of snow fell during the overnight hours

The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory, which will remain in effect until noon Thursday. No school delays or closures have yet been announced.

Less than a half an inch of snow accumulated so far. A mix of snow, rain and sleet is expected to end around 10 a.m.

Temperatures will reach a high of about 43 degrees, though it may feel colder. Wind gusts are expected up to 20 miles per hour.

Temperatures Thursday night will drop to a low of about 26 degrees.
