Get ready for your meatloaf and barbeque pork because will open at lunchtime on Monday and thatās no joke.
Earlier this month, Eva Roswall began collecting old photographs of the restaurant to frame on the walls of the nearly 25-year-old restaurant located in the Twin Oaks Shopping Center at 2831 E. College Ave. While the decor isn't completely ready, Roswall is geared up to start serving April 4.
"My food order is coming in today and I have plenty of employees waiting to work," Roswall said. "I donāt need to have pictures on the walls to serve."

Our Way closed after a fire tore through destroying nearly everything in its path.
Hardships aside, Our Way will serve up some of its usual southern-style cuisine, as well as offer new items on the menu such as an organic salad bar beginning Friday. The restaurant has been a favorite of President Jimmy Carter and wife Rosalynn.

In addition, the sides such as creamed corn, green beans and squash, will still be offered. But but theyāll be cooked without meat ā a.k.a., the veggies will be all vegetarian.
Our Wayās interior will also be fresh. Walk in and youāll be inspired by the Tuscany-style dĆ©cor with archways, polished concrete floors, and Italian sconces.
Outside, an intricate ironwork fence by local artist Jason Smith ofĀ Smithworks Iron and DesignĀ surrounds the new patio.
"The food and the recipes still remain," Roswall said. "Thatās the important thing and most of my employees are coming back."
