Palookaville in Avondale Estates Is Up For Sale

Avondale Estates GA -- Pallookaville Fine Foods, founded by popular local celebrity chef Jim Stacy in Avondale Estates, is on the market.

According to the Shumacher Group, an Atlanta restaurant real estate brokerage firm, the 17 N. Avondale Road location is priced at $575,000.

“This is an incredible opportunity to jump onboard on a train leaving the station to endless growth opportunities,” according to the firm.

It also says Stacy is moving onto other projects but will stay on as a consultant if needed, and also remain as a spokesperson if the new owner chooses.

Pallookaville did $1.5 million in sales in 2015, with gross sales topping out at $90,000 a month. The restaurant’s catering service brought in $65,000 in gross sales.
