Pedestrian Robbed Near Avondale MARTA Station: Police
The suspects were wearing black clothing and ski masks and got away with the victim's wallet.

Avondale Estates police are looking for two people they believe robbed a man at gunpoint Wednesday night.

According to police, a man was at E. College Avenue at Sams Crossing at 10:40 p.m. walking to the Avondale MARTA station when he was approached by two men, at least one of whom was armed. The suspects forced the man to surrender his wallet to them, but he was otherwise unharmed.
The suspects were wearing black clothing and black ski masks and fled as soon as they had the victim’s wallet, police said. The victim could not tell police what kind of gun was used.
