Here's Where You Can Do In-Person Advance Voting In Decatur And DeKalb County
In-person advance voting in DeKalb County is available now through May 20 for the General Primary and non Primary Election.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — In-person advance voting options for the General Primary and Nonpartisan General Election are now available for registered voters in Decatur and throughout DeKalb County.
They opened to voters in Decatur Monday at the DeKalb Voter Registration & Elections Office. Registered voters in DeKalb County may vote advance in person Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be Saturday voting on May 7 and May 14 from the hours of 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday voting is May 8 and May 15 from noon to 5 p.m.

If you are a voter with a physical disability or are 75 years of age and older, you do not need to wait in line. Just walk to the entrance and a poll worker will assist you in casting your ballot.
Voters are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times.

What to bring with you for in-person voting:
- A valid ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or voter identification card
- A mask to help ensure your safety and the safety of the poll workers and voters around you.
- Chair, water, and snacks if the location has a long wait line
- Your absentee ballot if you are wanting to vote in-person instead. If you do not have your absentee ballot, you will need to sign an affidavit stating that you are instead casting your ballot in-person.
