“The victim threw his keys and the second suspect appeared and took the keys. The victim initially stepped back into the house and observed the suspects enter and attempt to start his vehicle but they were unsuccessful due to a secondary anti-theft mechanism. The suspects fled and the victim exited the house and ran into the yard. Suspect #1 turned around and fired one shot toward the victim. The shot missed the victim and struck the house. The suspects fled south on Daniel Avenue on foot.”
