Potential Delays: Water Line Hit in Storm Drain Work in Decatur

DECATUR, GA — A crew working on storm drain replacement on North Candler Street struck an unmarked waterline Friday morning, according to a statement from the city.

Repairs are underway.

The present detour in the area remains, according to the city.

"Minor inconveniences may occur in the short term but N. Candler remains open to traffic," according to the statement.
