Purchase Blueberries, Hydrangeas And More At DeKalb Plant Sale
Azaleas, blueberries, hydrangeas and more are available for purchase through The DeKalb Cooperative Extension's annual plant sale.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Azaleas, blueberries, hydrangeas and persimmons are just some of the plants available for purchase through the DeKalb Cooperative Extension’s annual plant sale. Orders will be accepted now through March 6.
“The DeKalb Cooperative Extension’s annual plant sale continues to grow,” said Lynwood Blackmon, Director of the Cooperative Extension Office in DeKalb. “Plants play an important role in beautifying DeKalb and we are proud to offer flowers, classes and other resources to improve the community.”
The DeKalb County Extension is hosting two seminars, “Backyard Berries” on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, and “Care of Ornamental Plants in the Landscape” on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020. Each class is $10 and will be held at 6:45 p.m. at the DeKalb Extension Training Center. Registration is required. Class fees will be waived with plant purchases.

The one-day pick up is Saturday, March 14, at the DeKalb Cooperative Extension Office.
