Memorial Drive Revitalization Plan Will Be Discussed At Community Meeting
DeKalb Commissioner Steve Bradshaw will discuss efforts to revitalize a strip of Memorial Drive.
DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Revitalizing DeKalb County’s Memorial Drive will be discussed Tuesday at a local community meet-and-greet.
The discussion will be led by nonprofit, The East Memorial Drive Revitalization Foundation, from 6 - 9 p.m. at the Atrium Event Center, 5479 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain.
The nonprofit is working with DeKalb Commissioner Steve Bradshaw and the county’s planning and sustainability department to execute a vision of the Memorial Drive Revitalization Plan.

The goal is to collaborate with local business and property owners, residents, developers, investors, and politicians to “make East Memorial Drive the most memorable part of one of Metro Atlanta’s first streets” according to the nonprofit.
