A Decatur father is up in arms after a substitute bus driver allegedly slapped his son earlier this week.

According to WSB-TV, the incident occurred on Wednesday on Midway Elementary School’s bus route 49. The child’s father, Troy Morris, told WSB-TV that the students on that particular bus have been rowdy for some time, but thinks DeKalb County Schools isn’t doing enough to address the situation.
Morris told WSB-TV that another parent tried to force his way onto the bus at the time of the incident, but Morris and a third parent talked him out of it.

DeKalb County Schools told the station that they are investigating the incident and are currently taking witness statements.
