Shots Fired During Attempted Emory Food Truck Delivery Theft
Someone attempted to steal a food truck from an Emory University loading dock.
ATLANTA, GA -- An attempted food truck delivery theft turned violent Wednesday morning at Emory University. According to Emory police, someone attempted to steal the food truck from a university loading dock around 6 am. Shots were fired by the suspect, but there were no injuries.
The suspect is in custody, according to Emory police, which are investigating the incident with help from Atlanta police.

At approximately 6:00 a.m. on Wed, Oct. 10, an individual attempted to steal a food truck from the Emory University Hospital loading dock. Shots were fired by the suspect, but there were no injuries. The suspect is in custody. Emory Police are investigating with support from APD.
