Sterling Risk Advisors’ Garret Lazenby Named to Board of Directors of Transportation Club of Atlanta

Decatur resident Garret Lazenby, a broker with Sterling Risk Advisors, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Transportation Club of Atlanta (TCA).  He will serve for a one-year term.

Lazenby helps lead the transportation, logistics, and supply chain practice for Sterling Risk Advisors.  His passion goes beyond the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industries to include a broad range of insurance solutions for professionals, general commercial business, and community associations.

The TCA (http://www.transportationclubofatlanta.com) has been a leading logistics forum in Atlanta for more than 100 years.  Members include the leading shippers, carriers, logistics providers, and other companies that provide services to these industries in Metro-Atlanta. The group brings together transportation, logistics, and supply chain professionals promoting the exchange of information, experience, ideas, and cooperation among its members and guests. 

The organization has been a continual scholarship supporter for university students.  One of their most recent success stories has been helping Georgia companies connect with Georgia-based university students on supply chain, transportation, and logistics internships.

Three other new board members were also named:
