An arrest has been made in the Sept. 8 strangulation death of Lataousha Tashan Holden of Decatur.
Derrick Ramon Walker has been charged with felony murder.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit arrested Walker last Friday, Sept. 11, without incident.
