There are other destructive habits people can get into it is most important to check in with your self and ask “Do I feel good about myself when I hang out with this person?” and if the answer is “no” stop hanging out with them.
If you struggle setting boundies and ending friendship that are unhealthy for you it is time to practice saying “no”. You can start with little things first “no” I don’t want to go out to the (insert place here) tonight.
