Trinity Triangle: Bike-Ped-Car Changes for Downtown
East Howard Avenue is closed to bikes, pedestrians and vehicles for the next 18 to 24 months.

Construction at Trinity Street and East Howard Avenue began in full Sept. 29.
Here is what travelers need to know:

- East Howard Avenue is closed to bike, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, including the PATH trail for 18-24 months.
- In addition, there will be no sidewalk service on the south side of Trinity Street between Church Street and East Howard Avenue. For this reason, there will be no mid-block crossing on Trinity.
Alternate routes were posted on the street this weekend. Here is a snapshot of those alternate routes:
- The alternate PATH bike route will be on Church Street and Sycamore Street.
- The alternate pedestrian routes for the East Howard will be on Church Street and East College Street.
