Two Arrested for Decatur Gas Station Killing

A third suspect is still being sought, police said.

Two people are in custody following a Friday night shooting at a Decatur gas station that left one person dead and a second person wounded, but police are still looking for a third suspect.

Tlarence Harris, 34, and Christopher Hudson, 32, have been charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault for the shooting, DeKalb County police told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Harris was arrested Monday in East Point, while Hudson was arrested Tuesday in Tucker. A third suspect, Martez Johnson, 33, has eluded capture so far.

Police told the AJC two teenagers were parked at a gas pump when a white vehicle pulled up alongside them and opened fire without warning. One of the victims, 18-year-old Cortez Ingram, later died from his wounds; the second victim, 19-year-old Torin Waters, remains at Grady Memorial Hospital.
